2. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates are free and provided based on the information available at the time.
Final costs may change if the scope of work changes, additional services are requested, or unforeseen conditions are discovered.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
A deposit may be required to schedule your project.
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Deposits may be non-refundable if a project is canceled without sufficient notice.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand by the quality of our work. Specific warranty details will be provided in your service agreement.
Normal wear and tear, weather-related damage, or customer misuse are not covered.
